Major Accountabilities:
1.Assist HR/Admin Supervisor in recruiting and training arrangement, and support HR/Admin department on daily operation
2.File the application resumes and set up talent pool
3.Handle the new employee entry process and orientation program
4.Responsible for training logistics, keep training records and materials, maintain training facilities, and write reports pertaining to training
7.HR database maintenance and update
8.Apply visas, work permits, residence permits etc. for all staff

Qualifications:
1.University degree or above
2.1- years experience in staffing, familiar with HR practice, such as interview/selection, employment procedure, personnel file management, training & development process, etc
3.Familiar with labour law and other related regulations
4.Good command of both oral and written English
5.Independent working capability, highly responsible and reliable
6.Strong interpersonal and communication skill, willing to work with different parties within or outside of the organization
7.Self-motivated and ability to multi-task, working under pressure to strict deadlines
